I came up with the idea for this drawing while listening to the song Clear the Rain by Inner Recipe. I sketched out some ideas while listening to the song on the album, but this particular idea came to me while listening to the song live at a show in Whitmore Lake, MI. The drawing is about 22"X28". I did some editing of the original image in photoshop (changed the legs and smoothed the image).

While I'm relatively happy with how this drawing turned out, I don't think I got everything quite the way it should be. Particularly I mean the way the perspective works. The viewer should feel as though he/she is looking up from the ground at the figure. Does it seem that way? It does to me, but then again, I drew it...
