This was completed in July 1997 and is in charcoal, 30" X 44". The idea for this came to me while driving through the vast state of North Dakota (I'm not sure how this relates but that's where I was). The title for this didn't come to me until the piece was completed and then I realized that it was straight out of Sanitarium.
