What's new with me and my pages:
Since May 2003 I've been using LiveJournal so check out my Live Journal page for more random things about what's happening with me.

- Now that i've got Dreamweaver, I thought i'd do some updates on my website.
I'm actually still writing the code, but it seems easier in this format compared to using Notepad. I'm trying
to fix some links that are broken, as well as add things like a link to my new photo gallery page:
photos.juliaplummer.com. I should also find a place to add a link
to overloaded.juliaplummer.com, the site for all my pictures
of Overloaded. Oh, and I should go add the link to AlterBridgeArt.com.

- I added three drawings to my Art
Gallery today. One is kinda recent, one was done about a month and a half
ago, and the other has been done since last July! Oh well. I'm not happy with
how my art gallery looks and would love to clean it up. Someday that will
happen I guess.
- I've added numerous pictures to my
photos page and to my Inner Recipe site.

Happy Autumnal Equinox!
I have added pictures and video to my photos page from the astronomy
department picnic last weekend. The toad video cracks me up. Yes, that's my voice on the videos.

A week or so ago I bought a domain name:
www.juliaplummer.com - so now, now matter what server i'm on, my
official website has a stable address. That's the only major change on
my website I think... though I should change some things on the site to
reflect the new site name.
- I also figured out that
by having this domain name, you can access some of my sites, within
this address by adding that directory to my domain name, such as: juliaplummer.com/innerrecipe. That's pretty cool.

- I changed some of the layout and added some new pictures to my
Inner Recipe site.
I added some code from Java Script
to put up a "quote of the day" and a random image whenever you refresh
the page. I just keep refreshing it to see what random image pops up, lol.
- I added Everclear as
the Band of the Month on The Mayfield Four Net.
- New music recommendation: Just found out about Jim Boyd & Kyo-T. Take a listen to the song "Bush Fires" - it's listed on the front page.

Hmm, haven't updated this in a while so here it goes!
- A drawing
I did back in '97 is going to be on the cover of a book called
The Burden
by Edison McDaniels. The drawing is a self-portrait.
- I made some changes to my Inner Recipe site, and added some sketches I did at a
show to my art gallery.
- I added some pictures of making gingerbread houses to my photos page from when I was home at Christmas.
- Continuing to update, add-to, and tweek the modwheelmood.com site. New versions of a couple of my favorite mwm songs are online at mwm.dmusic.com - check 'em out!

- I got the pictures back from the last Inner Recipe show I went to -
at the fabulous Magic Bag in Ferndale. The bands sounded really, really good
and the pictures turned out great - take a look!

- I updated my family photos page with some new pictures from Chicago, of my family's
pets, and my wacky brother's webcam.

- Got back from Chicago last weekend. Maybe i'll put some pictures
from that trip up in my photo gallery. I did just add some pictures
the Inner Recipe show I went to on 7/13 to my
IR photo site.
They kinda look like the band is under water :)

- Happy day before Independence Day!
Some belated updates:
- I added a new song to the
modwheelmood site. It's called 'GROW' and it's a pretty amazing tune.
- In the photo
gallery section, I've added my trip to Cedar Point (roller coasters).
- Oh, and I updated the front page of my website! I'm still planning
on updating everything to have a uniform design, but that may take a while.
The links page is part of the way there.

- I'm now the webmaster for
www.modwheelmood.com. Check out the site - I learned some new web
authoring thingys for the project (java scripting, frames, etc.).
- I have 2 new drawings to add to the gallery as soon as I get around
to scanning them!

- I just updated the
About Me section of my website (with new info and photo of me).

- Hmm, haven't updated this in a while. I guess I forgot where I put this
file. Despite being ~hard~ at work on my prelim paper for Education
I still found some time to devote to my website megolith.
- I created a whole new fansite for the band Modwheelmood. Go to
Why do you sleep? modwheelmood, my site, and listen to some music
linked from the 'music' page and sign the ol' guestbook. Thanks!
- I also highly recommend checking out Inner Recipe - I can't stop listening to their album.
- Finally, Episode II is almost here - must plan for getting tickets :)

- Happy Vetrans Day! I've added some more photos to my photo gallery. I've also,
after many months, finally finished the
drawing I was working on from the
Mayfield Four
show I went to in New York last May. I've also done some updates to my
Wheel of Time page.
- I'm still working on my PhD, and for those that care, it's in Astronomy
and Science Education. I think i'm getting alot closer to having a clear
idea for a thesis project. I'm doing my prelim exam in Education next sememster
along with taking two classes and probably teaching for the astronomy
department.

- Well, i am "This month's featured artist" at
wotism.net. That's pretty cool! It's a fan site for the popular fantasy
series The Wheel of Time. They have some pictures of mine and an
interview on their site.
- I'm working on redoing the graphics on my
Mayfield Four site.
I think it looks much better than it did before.

- I moved a bunch of my pages to a
different server. I imagine there are probably some dead links running
around on some of my pages. Hoepfully i'll get around to fixing them
someday.
I added some pictures to my Mayfield Four gallery
of the guys. The one of Myles isn't too bad. The others aren't quite as good,
which means i'll probably eventually attempt to do some new ones. Eventually.

- Hi all! I just updated the photos of me and my family if you want
to see them :) I think I updated my
Wheel of Time site a couple weeks ago. And of course, my
Mayfield Four site gets almost daily updates, despite all of the
work i'm doing with teaching Astronomy 112 here at University of Michigan this summer.

- I wonder if anyone ever reads this? Oh well, no matter. I added
two new drawings to my charcoal
drawings gallery. One of them is also up on
fuelies.net. I have two
more drawings to put up, but I'll have to do that later. I also updated
a the page "about me", my links page, my links to friends websites, and my
astronomy research page.

- Most important update - I have a newly improved website for my favorite
band: www.themayfieldfour.net. I'm
pretty proud of the site, though it still has some more work to be done.
They're new music blows my mind!
Also, I have some new drawings to add to my website but I'll have to do that another day.

- Wow, I haven't updated this
in a while. I've probably added some stuff in alot of places since I
last updated this so, look around. Most recently, I added a new drawing
to my art gallery called Time Creeps Up
Behind Us. I have some other drawings to add but I'll do that later. Also, check out my Mayfield Four webpage. Their new album's coming out on June 19.

- Last month I updated my frontpage of my websystem. I made
some new buttons to better cover the list of pages I need to link to
my frontpage. Today I added a new drawing to my Color gallery. It's
called "Flood IV".

- I've added another new section to my art gallery. I now have

- I've added two new drawings to my art gallery. They are
called "Flood I" and Flood II" and are the first parts of a 5 part
series of pastel drawings based on the song by Tool, "Flood". Go to
the colored drawings section of my art gallery to
see these.

- Just added two new sketches to my new
Sketch section of my art gallery. They're both of Obi-Wan Kenobi
from Phantom Menace.
- Well, I've passed my prelim exams. And
I've decided on a PhD thesis project and advisor. I'll update that on
my Astronomy research page eventually.

- I just updated my Color Drawing's section with a new pastel
drawing called Down To The Moon.
- On a completely different note, about 2 hours ago I finished my
preliminary doctoral exam. I don't know yet if I passed but, well at
least the torture is over.
- And on a more upbeat topic, I just saw Phantom Menace for the
second time last night, and this time I saw "E.T." in the Senate
Council. I can't wait to go see it again!

- There's a new section on my front page: Photo Gallery. This
is for the system of webpages I've set up to flip through the pictures
from some of my favorite trips. I've just added my trip to the NAAA
conference in Maryland from October 15-18, 1998.

- A new images has been added to
my Metallica Art Gallery: Fade to
Black. This is the first pastel drawing I've ever done. I've
also added two new drawings to my Wheel of Time gallery, both are
pencil drawings.

- On this day, I am participating in Grey Day, in a show of
support for the writers, artists, programmers and musicians on the
World Wide Web. Grey Day is a day of awareness of the ever growing

actually have something under my current project on the dwarf galaxies of the M81 group. This includes
two lovely color images I made of UGC 4998.

- Yahoo has fixed the entry for my main art gallery so now it
is listed in the correct
place.

- My Metallica Art Gallery is now listed in YAHOO!
- My main Art Gallery directory is also listed in Yahoo but in
the wrong category. It somehow ended up in the Painting category even
though none of my art work contains any paint! I'm currently trying
to get them to move it to the drawing and sketching section.
